I think that today in our society being real and vulnerable is not all the common and in fact sometimes showing the real side of yourself can be shut down and attacked by those around you so easily. I honestly think that a lot of people are so consumed in what they appear to be or how they want people to perceive them that they loose who they truly are, the core of their being just by trying to impress others. The art of being real is that no matter what kind of reaction you get or judgements people may make because you actually say what is truly on your heart. is the fact that you are remaining true to God and yourself and he knows it whether people do or not. The power of staying true to who you are out rules the power of all judgement. God knows the heart of man, but man sees appearance. If your heart is in the right place that will take you further then any false acts of kindness or pretending to be something you are not. If it is not coming from a real or genuine place, God knows it. I have learned that regardless of what anyone thinks of me. I am completely and utterly loved and safe because God knows the truth and the truth will set you free it cannot be faded or shut down. For the heart is the core of someone and in the heart of man lives your purpose, your destiny. If your heart is full of pride- God knows. If it is full of love- God knows and if it is full of truth or lies he sees it. The most important part of who you are is the very place that is most easily hurt or stepped on. Protect it and show it love because that is where your treasure lies and nobody can take that away from you.

If only we spoke what we truly felt? If only when we asked someone how they are doing if we would actually care to listen? Do we kneel...
