I am in a process. I am learning more and more each day about who God is and who he says I am. I know that within my life God has done amazing things, he has taken me from glory to glory and he has shown me what it means to trust in him when all seems or feels lost. I have dealt with health issues and anxiety and through all of it the Lord has taught me how to trust him in all circumstances, but I am still figuring this all out. I know he is faithful and I know he provides and yet the real truth is sometimes I get confused or wander why things are the way they are, but he keeps reminding me how much he loves me.
I am realizing that this earth will always have troubles, life will not always be easy, but his LOVE is power and his LOVE is what will get me through any challenge or adversity I come up against. I know that I am not perfect, I know that I am not strong, but man do I know that God is! He is strength, wisdom and truth. Philippians 1:6 says, " being confident to this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ." This means he will finish what he has started! God is not limited to time, failures or works. God is committed to you, his child, his everything. Every person is cherished, everyone is wanted by a loving God who does not condemn his kids, " For there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus."
I am on a journey (as all of us are). I do not know what the future holds or why things are the way they are, but I do know that God knows me for he created and designed me in a specific and intricate way and he has created everyone. I know he loves all equally and that he is not impressed with stature or "good works," he is impressed with you already because you are chosen, loved and adored the way you are as a child of his. Just like a mother hen takes care of her flock, God is the same. No matter what trial you may be facing know that you are not forsaken you are a child of the living God, who floods a water of grace over you and that he is doing a work in you. A great work!
